We offer free appointments by telephone or video conference in English, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Korean, French, Portuguese, Amharic, Russian, Farsi, Hindi, Nepali, and Malayalam. We will explain how to sign up and help you determine if you are eligible. We will also assist you in speaking with an Internet service provider. If you have been denied enrollment, we will try to help.

  1. Click on the Cable Complaint Intake Form button below to request a help appointment.
  2. Put your name, address, phone and email information in the form.
  3. Comcast and RCN will give you two months free Internet service
  4. If you prefer one of the offers above, or have been denied enrollment, select the cable company in the “Cable Provider” box. Otherwise leave it blank.In the “Problem Description” box, write “Home Internet Access” then list a preferred date (Monday through Friday until August 28), and one of these times for an appointment: 10am, 11:15am, 1pm, 1:45pm, or 2:30pm.
  5. If you would like help in a language other than English, type in one of these languages after your preferred appointment date and time: Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Portuguese, Amharic, Russian, Farsi, Hindi, Nepali, and Malayalam.
  6. Click on the “Submit” button. Senior Planet COVID Corps members will call or email you to confirm the appointment, and will call you again the day before your appointment to remind you.
