The Office of Cable and Broadband Services (OCB) provides the residents of Montgomery County with a myriad of services that include administering franchise agreements coordinating the entry of competing providers, managing County Cable Montgomery, resolving consumer complaints and participating in the dialogue surrounding the laws governing the local industry.

Comcast is working with the Office of Cable and Broadband Services to renew their franchise in Montgomery County.
When you have issues, we have the solutions. 
County Cable Montgomery (CCM) is the local cable station you'll want to turn to for local government news, public affairs programming, live Council sessions and County Executive press conferences. Comcast and RCN customers can watch us on channel 6 and Verizon customers can find us on channel 30
