Public Hearing on Traffic Enforcement
The Policing Advisory Commission (PAC) was requesting community input on traffic enforcement in Montgomery County. Specifically, from individuals who have been stopped while operating a vehicle by the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) in order to better understand how traffic stops occur in practice and individual experiences with being stopped for a traffic violation.
