Public Hearing on Traffic Enforcement
The Policing Advisory Commission (PAC) is requesting community input on traffic enforcement in Montgomery County. Specifically, the PAC would like to hear from individuals who have been stopped while operating a vehicle by the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) in order to better understand how traffic stops occur in practice and to better understand people’s individual experiences with being stopped for a traffic violation. Please respond to the survey below or submit testimony via the form below by Monday, November 8, 2021.
