Father Hurley Boulevard at Dawson Farm Road
New Traffic Signal  Construction

The Division of Traffic Engineering and Operations (DTEO) will be constructing a new traffic signal at Father Hurley Boulevard and Dawson Farm Road.  The project involves constructing a full-color traffic signal with ADA-compliant pedestrian ramps and marked crosswalks. The traffic signal equipment will include Steel poles and mast arms, light-emitting diode (LED) traffic signal indications with backplates (to provide better visibility of the traffic signal displays), along with accessible pedestrian and countdown pedestrian signals (APS/CPS),

DTEO anticipates starting construction in late March 2024, with project completion by December 2024. If you have questions about this project, you may contact Mr. Kamal Hamud at [email protected] or 240-777-2190.
