Leighton Avenue Access Restriction
MCDOT has initiated the process to install a regulatory sign to restrict right turns from westbound Franklin Avenue to Leighton Avenue from 7:00 – 9:00 AM and from 4:00 – 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, pursuant to a request made by the residents of Leighton Avenue, in accordance with Executive Regulation 17-94AM, “Through Traffic Volume Access Restrictions in Residential Areas”.
