Reserve Trips All trips must be reserved through the mobile app or the new call center number  240-301-3842 if no smartphone or a special need.  Call Center hours are 6 am to 7 pm, Monday - Friday. You must book rides only during the hours of operation in your selected zone.
Booking Requirements Same-day service delivery. No subscription service permitted.
