Presenter Deborah Wilder, President, Contractor Compliance and Monitoring, Inc., has been working for more than 40 years helping contractors around the country understand prevailing wage.
She is a nationally recognized authority in the field, performing prevailing wage audits for awarding agencies and is the author of 3 books on the subject.
