We offer daily group fitness classes for all interests and skill levels, targeting everyone from children to adults. Designed to boost endurance, strength, and motivation, our exercise classes provide you with the newest trends in group fitness. Led by amazing instructors in a variety of classes from cardio to strength training and yoga, our classes will challenge you to move smarter, push harder.

Aerobic Dance

If you are looking for a fun way to get in shape and stay that way, aerobic dance is it. Burn calories with choreographed routines accompanied by music while you build strength and endurance.

First Aid CPR/AED

Learn the skills and knowledge to help with many different illnesses and injuries and potentially save a life through our hands on training classes in First Aid and CPR/AED.

Meditation

Playtime and Movement

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise practiced by millions for both physical and spiritual development.
