MPDU Rents For New Developments
- Rent rates are adjusted annually based on the Average Median Income for the Washington Metropolitan Statistical Area as published by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
MPDU Rental Offering Agreement
- This agreement must be executed before a developer may rent any MPDUs. The Offering Agreement sets the initial rent rates of the units.

- This document must be recorded in Land Records before an MPDU may be rented. It is completed in conjunction with the MPDU Rental Offering Agreement.
MPDU Rental Covenants For Tax Credit Properties
- This document must be recorded in Land Records before an MPDU may be sold. It is completed in conjunction with the MPDU Sales Offering Agreement. Use this version of the covenants if the project is also a tax credit development.
