Senior Fit and Better Bones
Montgomery County Recreation partners with Holy Cross Health to offer Senior Fit and Better Bones, free, certified instructor-led programs.
Senior Fit is a 45-minute program designed for those 55+ to help slow aging, prevent injury and help you to build a stronger body and a healthier mind. This award-winning program is highly regarded nationwide. The National Council for the Aging study found that participants significantly improve bone health, stability and balance through regular participation.
Better Bones is a free program for people ages 55 and older focusing on ways to increase bone strength through bone-healthy exercises. The program can also help to improve balance and flexibility and enhance your energy and well-being.
