Voting Assistance in Montgomery County
Access to a private and independent vote is a civil right. Civil rights protections include accessing the polling place without encountering any barriers, maneuvering through the polling place in a manner equal to people without disabilities, auxiliary aids, and services to facilitate your vote upon request and the ability to cast your ballot independently. If you have a disability and encounter any barriers or problems while voting on election day, please inform an election poll worker or notify the Montgomery County Board of Elections immediately at: 240-777-8500, MD Relay: 711 or by email elections@montgomerycountymd.gov.
