All meetings are open to the public, begin at 3:00 pm and are held in our office at 18753 N Frederick Avenue in Gaithersburg unless otherwise specified.

Meetings are broadcast using Zoom.

The Board asks that all online and inperson observers of its meetings or canvass sessions provide their full names when signing in to attend.

Polling Place Changes

State law provides that interested individuals and organizations may sign up to be notified about Board of Elections meetings at which proposed polling place changes will be discussed and may testify upon request. Please  sign-up to receive these notices.

Meeting Agendas, Meeting Documents and Audio

Without a legal obligation to do so, the Board in November of 2014 started making the audio of its meetings available and in September of 2021 started live webcasts and video recordings of our business meetings. Since November of 2018, we’ve also posted Board meeting materials at least three calendar days prior to those meetings.
