Citizen Participation
Citizens and Guests are invited to attend ECCAB meetings. The first fifteen minutes of each meeting is normally reserved for Citizens to address their concerns with the Board. Comments and questions are also welcomed and encouraged at appropriate points during the meeting. The agenda may be altered as necessary to permit the inclusion or exclusion of other topics.
