Volunteer Response to COVID-19

So many generous individuals and groups are offering to help during this difficult time.

Please know that government, schools, nonprofit agencies and community organizations are all working together to see where needs can be addressed by volunteers and as needs are identified they will be added to our website. At this time the requests for volunteers are few, but things continue to change.

Volunteers: See our Volunteer Response to COVID-19 page

Organizations: See our Organization's Page for COVID-19 Response

To make sure you are on our list at times that volunteers are needed in emergency situations,  please create an account on our website and answer 'yes' to "Contact me in the event of a disaster".

The program has been suspended, with libraries and senior centers closed to ensure more social distancing.

The RSVP/AARP Tax-Aide Program volunteers provide free tax preparation services for low-to-moderate income taxpayers who live or work in Montgomery County, with a focus on seniors.
