Rev. Will Kenlaw - is an ordained itinerant elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church. A resident of Montgomery County for 19 years, he is a graduate of Evangel Theological Seminary with a Masters in Theological Studies, a Master�s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Rochelle L. Rollins, PhD, MPH - is the Acting Director, Division of Policy and Data in the Department of Health and Human Services� Office of Minority Health (OMH). Prior to joining OMH she worked on health care issues for the National Cancer Institute and the Health Resources and Services Administration.
