Rev. Will Kenlaw - is an ordained itinerant elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church.  A resident of Montgomery County for 19 years, he is a graduate of Evangel Theological Seminary with a Masters in Theological Studies, a Master�s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Reverend Kenlaw is a member of
Allen Chapel AME Church, Silver Spring, Maryland.  He leads the Outreach & Evangelism Ministry and Healing Prayer Ministry. Before ordination, Rev. Kenlaw served as a Steward for 8 years and as Sunday School Superintendent for 10 years.  Rev. Kenlaw is currently the Christian Education Director for the Potomac District in the Washington Conference of the AME Church.

Reverend Kenlaw is the author of: A Father�s Guide to Raising Daughters:  Because I Need One! published in May 2003 (www.Trafford.com); A Father�s Guide To Raising Daughters: For Women, to be released December 2006 (www.XulonPress.com); God�s Rainbow Book: God�s Promises Endure Even After The Flood, Contributing Writer in 2005 (www.XulonPress.com); I�ll Be Home For Christmas: Favorite Christmas Memories To Warm The Soul, Contributing Writer in 2005 (www.XulonPress.com).

After 19 years with the IBM Corporation and 4 years with a small government contractor, Rev. Kenlaw now operates Third Day Company, LLC, which provides business development services to high tech startup companies and affiliate marketing services. Through Third Day Company, LLC, Rev. Will is also a broker for Church Financial Services, LLC which provides financing for Christian building projects throughout the nation. (www.ThirdDayCo.com)

In addition to the East County Citizens� Advisory Board, Rev. Kenlaw previously served on the Montgomery County Executive�s Economic Advisory Committee. Reverend Will is happily married to the Reverend Lydia Graves Kenlaw.  They have four daughters: Kristin, Rachel, Grace, and Faith.


Rochelle L. Rollins, PhD, MPH - is the Acting Director, Division of Policy and Data in the Department of Health and Human Services� Office of Minority Health (OMH).  Prior to joining OMH she worked on health care issues for the National Cancer Institute and the Health Resources and Services Administration.  Dr. Rollins� areas of focus have been substance abuse prevention, mental health, managed care, and HIV/AIDS.  She was the Research Director of the Multicultural AIDS Coalition in Boston, Massachusetts.

Dr. Rollins received her undergraduate degree from
Wellesley College, her Masters in Public Health from
Boston University and her doctorate from Brandeis University�s Heller School for Social Policy and Management.  She is active in her book club and investment club and enjoys family activities with her husband and two sonsEducation (MSDE) as Coordinator of Comprehensive Planning.   At MSDE, Dr. Bobola assists in devising the procedures that govern the development and review of school system master plans.
