Tracy DuPree Davis, Esq. - is a practicing attorney specializing in civil litigation, personal injury, domestic relations, and collections. 

She is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.  In 1994, she was honored with the Outstanding Senior Award from George Washington University Law School.  After graduating from the Sidwell Friends School in Washington, D.C., Ms. Davis earned her undergraduate degree A. B. in English and American Literature from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, which included study abroad at the University of London, London, England.  In addition to the private practice of law, she serves as a mediator and consultant to several educational institutions and religious organizationsMs. Davis founded and serves as the Executive Director of Wings for Joy, Inc. (�WINGS�) a service organization dedicated to providing guidance and support to lower income women and families. 

Ms. Davis resides in Burtonsville with her husband Larry D. Davis and son, Justin Kyle Davis.  Among many social activities, Ms. Davis is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., St. John�s the Baptist Catholic Community Church and The Perrywood Neighborhood Association.


 

Thomas Aylward- Mr. Aylward holds a Bachelor�s of Architecture degree from The University of Maryland. 

He is a registered architect and has designed several retail and commercial buildings in the Montgomery County. His firm has successfully completed projects in the Washington Metropolitan area over the last 24 years which include about 15 million square feet of commercial space. His professional affiliations include The American Institute of Architects, BOCA International and he serves on the University of Maryland, School of Architecture�s Leaders Committee. Mr.Aylward started his architectural career with Cass & Pinnell in Washington, DC, moving to The Benham Group and then Rounds VanDuzer before partnering with Glen Stephens as Stephens Aylward & Associates. A few years ago he took up a position with Jackson-Shaw Company in their Maryland Office as a Vice President - Development.

Today he is managing the reclamation and re-development of a 115 acre open pit mine along with other commercial development. 
He moved to Burtonsville in 1993 with his wife and three daughters where they continue to reside. His record of civic participation includes: Rebuilding Together Montgomery, Burtonsville Day, The Knights of Columbus, Shepard�s Table, Burtonsville Athletic Association and other local community events. During his free time, Tom enjoys travel, biking and sailing .
