Orientation and Training for Organizations

New organizations and new staff with existing organizations are encouraged to attend one of our monthly orientations. You'll get an overview of programs and services, an introduction to using the online database and hints on ways to maximize volunteer recruitment. Organizations that engage high school or middle school students as volunteer will stay for the second portion of the meeting that focuses specifically on the Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) Student Service Learning (SSL) program and requirements for community organizations that wish to show on our website as meeting SSL guidelines by MCPS.
