All blasting work or processes with explosives, including storage, require a Blasting Permit from DPS FCC to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards and to ensure public safety.

Typically, blasting sites are not inspected but, we have the right to inspect the site at any time depending on the location, nature of the work and/or as a result of a complaint.
Yes. Using calibrated seismographs to monitor vibrations at nearby property lines or relevant infrastructure locations. You must send daily blasting reports to the Fire Marshal at [email protected].
