What We Do

DPS Customer Services and Community Outreach and Public Affairs are responsible for ensuring that customer service and satisfaction are measured and successfully achieved through communication and outreach to the public. The Customer Service Team is responsible for the intake of DPS complaints and processing information requests and facilitating programs such as Case Management, Design for Life, and Restaurant Recipes for Success. DPS Customer Service Staff also works with other DPS team members to ensure seamless permitting and inspection processes for our customers. 

DPS Community Outreach & Public Affairs reach out into the community through events, works with the media on DPS messages and coordinates presentations for community groups and businesses on DPS topics.
