Soil Testing Application and Inspection Process

All properties are either served by public sewer or a private septic system as its means of wastewater disposal. Properties that are ineligible for public sewer service must complete satisfactory water table tests and percolation or sand mound testing to establish a sewage disposal area on the property before it can be considered buildable.
🆕 The 2023 Wet Season is closed and will not be reopened. Water table testing will resume in the 2024 Wet Season. Applications that were submitted and approved for testing in 2023 will still be valid in 2024, and no additional fees will apply.
