General Permits Application Process
General Permits are required for specific locations where hazardous processes occur or where the location itself may produce a hazard.
At this time, we are requesting that all permit applications and payments, including supporting documentation for review, be submitted electronically. In lieu of paper documents, please email DPS.eServicesFPCC@montgomerycountymd.gov to provide the required information for review.

A small list of permits is available for the applicant to choose from. Please try to accurately describe your project and DPS staff will assist you in making the correct selection.
