The map below shows construction activity in Montgomery County. Permits included are active Commercial Building, Commercial Demolition and Public Right of Way. Map data is updated daily. All three permit types are shown by default. You may remove a permit type by clicking on the permit name found in the upper left corner of the map.

To search, enter an address or general location in the "Search" field also found in the upper left corner of the map. Permit types are differentiated by the colored dots on the map. Simply click on one of the colored dots for more detailed information of work occurring at that location. White dots with a colored border, indicate there are multiple permits of that type at that location.
