County Executive Marc Elrich and Council Vice President Sidney Katz are embarking on a multi-pronged joint initiative: 4Business – Benchmarking to Be the Best for Business.

The objective is to engage the local business community in a grassroots campaign to assist businesses to locate, grow and prosper in Montgomery County.

Additional business input is key to the 4Business initiative to assist businesses to locate, grow and prosper in Montgomery County. This effort has included several Listening Sessions, a business survey, and electronic input on the website, where many challenges and concerns have been identified by businesses as a result of their interactions with Montgomery County government.

Please plan on attending one of the two upcoming Charrettes to give input on possible changes and solutions that will help us make Montgomery County an even better place to do business.
